Field operations. Warehouse control. Office visibility.

One operating system for the HVAC team.

HVAC Navigator brings dispatching, work orders, inventory, fleet, warehouse receiving, and technician support into one connected workflow.

Platform

Built for the whole operation, not just the work order.

Dispatch and office

Schedule work, track technician availability, and keep the office team aligned with live board visibility.

Warehouse and deliveries

Receive stock, move parts into van inventory, manage outbound deliveries, and monitor fleet service planning.

Technician workflow

Capture job notes, parts usage, mileage, service requests, and guided troubleshooting from the field.

Navi assistant

Grounded support for manuals, exact-code interpretation, and guided diagnostic follow-up on live jobs.

Mobile App

The field, customer, and warehouse mobile experience.

These previews show the HVAC Navigator mobile app using sanitized demo work orders, customers, and technicians only.

Downloads

Install HVAC Navigator on a Windows PC.

Use this installer for office, dispatch, warehouse, and desktop review workflows. It connects to the same hosted HVAC Navigator API used by the mobile app.

Windows desktop

HVAC Navigator Setup 1.0.0

Recommended for Windows PCs that need the desktop console. The host remains this main PC through the public tunnel, so the laptop or office PC does not become a backend server.

What is available now

Android

Internal testing in progress

HVAC Navigator is being prepared for Google Play internal testing with the live hosted API.

Tester invite links can be added here once the first Play build is uploaded.

Windows desktop

Public installer download is ready

The desktop installer is packaged and points at the public API tunnel by default, so a PC can install the client without Tailscale.

Download from the Windows installer section above.

Operations

Warehouse and fleet support

Warehouse overview, fleet cards, van inventory, and delivery workflows are now part of the product direction.

This site can expand into customer-facing docs and support content over time.
